Beyond Meat came to us with a big challenge earlier this year. Before 2018, they had only exhibited at Natural Products Expo West in Anaheim. In 2018, they wanted to expand and also exhibit at the National Restaurant Association Trade Show in Chicago. And they wanted to make a splash.
